After some thought, I have decided to bring the blog back.  I don’t want to make any promises yet, but I am going to try to write at least a little something every Monday.  I think not only is it a good way to start my week, but also a good format for me to explore some of the things I’ve been thinking and feeling, and maybe something will resonate with you!  It might be inspirational some weeks, it might be boring other weeks, and it maaaaaybe will be occasionally funny!  I am going to try to share much more than the usual news letter….but we will see.

So starting this week, I have realized that I have only a couple weeks before FC.  We have a half table which is AWESOME. I’m going to try something a little different this convention, and not staff the table the whole time.  I will have some display items, and possibly a little board that says what times I will and wont be there.  I get so exhausted at cons since when we have a fully staffed table I am working at least a 10 hour day, so by the time the dealers den closes, I just want to go to sleep.  I am trying to avoid that this time!  Anyway, I have two costumes that really need to be completed before FC, but I think I have properly scheduled time for at least a week that I can make a few cool things to sell.

Other than just working on our current queue we will be doing some holiday prep!  I have some family coming in from out of town, so starting Friday, things will be pretty festive around here.  Even though I probably wont take a “break” since Christmas is on the weekend this year, it will still be nice to have some time to spend with family.
